Does not accelerate past 2000 RPMs?

My Toyota Noah 2006 start and doesn't accelerating well it's not go over 2000 RPMs when rev.

There are three main reasons this can happen, first please check the air filter. If that looks okay let's test the primary catalytic converter. You can remove the primary oxygen sensor which should help.

You also could have low fuel pressure but let's run the codes as well.
