Won't go over 10 MPH

Had fuel pump replaced, map sensor, oxygen sensor, new spark plugs, and coolant sensor and car when engine starts going down road will not go over 10 miles an hr. Please help.

There are a few main things that can cause this low power condition, low fuel pressure or plugged exhaust (cat converter) or a plugged air filter.
