Hi,
First, and don't laugh, see if it will start in neutral.
Next, there are three fuses I need checked in the under-hood fuse box, fuses 1, 2, and 16. If you look at the schematic below, they are at the top of pic 1.
If the fuses are good, confirm there is power to and from them.

If that checks good, one at a time, remove the starter relay and switch it to a different relay having the same part number. If there is no change, do the same with the starter pinion solenoid actuator relay.

If they test good, have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for voltage at both the yellow wire and the yellow wire with a green tracer.
