Hi,
Based on your description, the secondary side of the relay is working. That indicates the primary side isn't closing the secondary to start the engine.
The relay has 4 connector pins (see pic below). Two (pins 87 and 30) are what send power when the relay closes. Pins 85 and 86 are the primary. When power flows through them, it energizes an electromagnet and closes the secondary to crank the engine.
There is a control unit at the left rear of the control unit that may have failed.
Try this. Remove the relay. The primary side of the connector will have a red wire with a blue tracer and a yellow wire with a violet and brown tracer. Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check each of those for power. One should have power when the key is in the start position.
Once you determine which is power, check the opposite one to see if there is continuity to ground with the key in the start position.
