While driving my car shuts off will not crank back up

Turn key on but no lights show up on the dash. won't crank, won't turn over. Radio does not come on. Windows don't roll down, headlights come on, horn blows. don't know what to do.

Did this only happen once and now the vehicle won't start or does it eventually start after some time passes?

If this happened once and it won't start, there are three fuses I need you to check. See pictures 1 and 2.

Picture 2 (SJB) is located in the vehicle on the right side of the floor console.

Picture 1 is located under the hood.
