New starter, new battery. Radio, A/C and interior lights work. have checked all fuses and they are good.

Good morning,
I attached the wiring diagram for the starting system.

You need to go to the starter relay and do some testing. You will need a voltmeter to check to see if the proper voltages are at the relay.
