Alternator does not charge the battery?

I have replaced the alternator, battery, and the fuses, but it still won't charge my battery and the belt is almost new. What to do now?

Hi,

If you go to the alternator, check to see if the white wire with a red tracer has power and the solid red wire does as well. According to the wiring schematic for the charging system, these two wires receive power directly from the battery. So, they should have B+ at all times.

Let me know what you find. Additionally, pic 3 shows the locations of the fusible links in the under-hood fuse box.
