Will not crank

I changed the brake light switch and now the car will not crank. I have esp message. All lights work. Key turns.

I would recheck your wiring under the dash, you may have a loose wire under there that loosened up while you were replacing the brake switch.

Love the user name btw. They are a tough car to have for sure. Please recheck the job you just did I sure you must have bumped something or pulled a wire somehow. Disconnect the battery for 5 minutes to reset the security system,
