Won't crank

4 months ago, I came outside got in my f250 to go to work, it would not crank. I just found out that somebody has filled my fuel tank with sand, what should I do.

drop the tank and take the sand out change fuel filter and see if sock on pump is clogged when tank is out.

that won't have anything to do with it not cranking though. check battery for condition including load test then try resetting security system. if no manual look online.
