Wobbles and bangs?

I bought the truck listed above. When I first started driving it, it drove well, then after about 20-25 of driving it started wobbling very bad with a banging sound. What could be the problem with my truck I just can't figure it out?

I would raise the front of the truck and spin the wheels because it sounds like you have a tire that is coming apart. If the front tires are okay, try the rear tires.
