The front end of the car has a terrible wobble at low and high speeds?

Tires and rims were changed and outer tie rods. An alignment was done also. I checked the left front (that is where the wobble is more pronounced) but didn't find anything. The customer did have some 24" rims which was changed for some 26" rims. He put the 24s back on the wobble was still there. He then put the factory rims back on, wobble is still there. It happens only when going forward. I checked the entire front end with findings being everything seems normal. What could be causing this? Thank you in advance.

Yep, this is common when the CV axle wears out, please go over this guide to help show you:

It is difficult to tell unless you remove the axle is disassemble it to look for wear marks on the CV joint cup or inner race. Here is how to change the CX axle out. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
