Wiring in door jam

I just need to know if the wiring in the case of the jam has a connector piece or do you have to cut the wires?

Yes, it has a connector which is inside the car. Follow the harness through the body and above the kick panel you will find the connector. Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
