Wiring harness was cut

I've gotten it all back together except for this one grey and blue wire witch I'm not sure what its actually function is.

Hi,

Where approximately was this cut? I'm trying to narrow down what it could be related to because the schematics are extensive.

Have you checked the wire to see if it has power to it? Is there anything electrical not working?

Also, I just want to confirm it is a 3.1L.
