Vehicles are full of all kinds of connectors. There's two ways to find a replacement. The easiest is to visit a salvage yard and snip on off a similar vehicle. Leave enough wire to allow them to be spliced to your truck's harness. Always solder the splices, then seal them with water-proof heat-shrink tubing. Never use electrical tape. It will unravel into a gooey mess on a hot day.
Also, auto parts stores have huge catalogs with all kinds of replacement connectors listed with photos. There's way too many to stock all of them, so you can expect them to have to order the one you want.
