Engine wiring harness how to hook up?

I rebuilt engine, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to hook up wiring harness. Purchased Kia's instructions but no help because it's not in book. Also, I had connected most of it up but now I have 2 connectors but nowhere to plug them in.

I can help, can you add an image of the connectors and there wiring color, that way I can look us where they go?
