Hello,

2005 was a change over year for the Zafira model, so you could have either a Zafira A or B
The Zafira A was fitted with the Z18XE engine.
The injector and fuel pump relay diagram is in image 1 below.
K18 is the engine control unit relay.
K16 is the fuel pump and injector relay.

At ECM connector X57 is 64 pin black/blue, X58 is 64 pin black.
Connector X58 is located at the rear of the ECM, closest to firewall.

Image 2 shows the current path out from relay K18.

Power supply to ECM is on connector X57.
Pin32, red wire constant voltage from fuse F6(20A).
Pin 64, black wire ignition voltage from fuse F3.46(15A).

See image 3 below.

The Zafira B was fitted with the Z18XER engine.

Cheers, Boris

Thank you. On the fuel pump relay terminal 87 it's not powering the fuel pump and fuel injector. There is no battery voltage at the injectors. I jumped terminal 30 and 87 and it gets power. The ECU relay terminals 30 and 87 gets battery voltage. Fuel pump relay 87 no power. I switched relays but they are fine. I think the immobilizer must activate to get power to terminal 87. Appreciated.

Hello,

So, your vehicle is a Zafira A?

Terminal 85 at the fuel pump relay is a switched ground from the ECM pin 19, brown/green wire.

Check if this ground is switched if you switch the ignition on this ground should be activated for a few seconds to prime the fuel system.

If you bridge the relay, terminals 30+87, does the vehicle then start?

Also use a diagnostic scanner and check if you have communication with the ECM.
Check for possible fault codes

Thank you. It is Zafira a. If I bridge 30 and 87 fuel pump relay, I get the fuel pump running and 12 volts to the injector and add gas to throttle body. It starts and shuts off. No power at terminal 87 at fuel pump relay. I'll check if it gets power while cranking. The signal wire is not grounding by the Ecu. I have the Op-Com and no faults. I'll do the other control side tests. The immobilizer gets signal.

Hello,

A lack of any fault codes makes it hard to pinpoint where the fault is incorrect.
I would have expected to see some kind of transponder or environment identifier codes.

Have you tried using the 2nd key to see if the vehicle will then start?
Next try to program the immobilizer and ECM using Opcom.
For this you will require the 4-digit security access code.
This you can find on the Carpass or some software programs/scan tools are able to extract this from the vehicle.

A video on immobilizer programming:

A guide, for Astra H but it will be very similar to your vehicle:
