Instrument cluster reads hot a/c disabled and dies... strangest part is that when it dies the windows or locks don't work, wait a few minutes and it will restart and all will operate as normal!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

check grounds on car for one loose or corroded then check instrument panel for being bad as they do that grounds are in both kick panels chekfuse 8 in lh fuse underhood panel for being loose/corroded.
