Wires were cut under the dash?

I had to get a new PATS ring for the cylinder (key). I am missing wires at the plug going to the I think anti-theft box.
I reset the PATS, but no fuel pump guess on.

Hi,

Make sure the wiring to the inertia switch is attached and the switch is reset. That can prevent the fuel pump from operating.

Next, I attached what I have for the antitheft system schematics below. The very first pic is an overview of how the system works. The remaining pics are the wiring schematics.
