what color wire for right headlight that only turns on with high beam?

The orange wire at both headlamp assembly, is voltage. Those circuits are fuse protected, goes hot with the key on. Those fuses are in the interior fuse box. If you want to check for voltage, use a test-light or voltage tester. Your dimmer switch and headlamp switch controls the ground for headlamps. The high beam ground is brown. The low beam ground is red. If you have voltage, the problem is on the ground circuit, somewhere.
