Wire connection?

These don't look like factory wires, but something added on like an aftermarket alarm or remote start device.
If you trace these 3 wires back to the box, they go to it and should tell you what the red, black and yellow wires are for. For example, power wire, ground wire, ignition wire etc.
I can see there are splice connectors on the factory wiring under the steering column. I can look those up to see which wires they are tying into.
