Wipers work only on high speed?

This will be the switch or the wiper control module which I have seen both fail. Here is the wiper system wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works, and I have the location of the wiper module as well so you can check it out. You can use a voltmeter on OHMs to test the switch by watching the OHMs change as you work the switch, test the ORG and brn/wht and the the brn/wht and dk blu/wht. If you see movement the switch is probably okay. At this point I would swap out the wiper control module.

I have removed the multifunction switch. As per the instruction in the Ford factory service manual I have tested the resistance between pins 2 4, and 6 while operating the switch from off through intermittent, low and high speeds with all being within specs.
Even installed a new multifunction switch with the same results. Returned it.
Installed multifunction switch from 55000km 1993 MGM. No luck.
Power at connector for motor so manual says do component wiper test for which zi do not have specialized equipment
So, I am leaning towards picking up motor and module from 2002 MGM at local scrap yard.
I believe the incorporated module into motor for 2003 model year
May have forced the motor with frozen wiper blades last winter.

According to factory shop manual page 501-16-2, " It is normal to be able to hear the relay clicking on and off in interval mode".
I am not hearing any clicking. Is this another sign of a bad module? When they say relay the mean module. Correct?

Yep, I would replace the wiper control module which should fix the problem.

I replaced the motor with a used one from a 2002 MGM. Now the wipers work in all speeds and park as per the photo.
When I attach the wiper transmission to the motor, instead of the wiper blades sweeping up across the windshield they sweep downwards into the motor housing.
Is that motor crank arm facing in the wrong direction?

Nice work, yep, the wiper motor arm is on 180 degrees off, or the pivot arm is down when it needs to be up. Here is how the wiper motor and wiper motor linkage is installed. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Great YouTube video by Evan Wells 07 showed how to dismantle clutch arm, clean and regrease the three pieces. Now when the wipers are turned off the park with the crank arm shaft pointing down towards driver side.
