Most likely it is the motor itself. When you move it by hand and then starts working, it is the motor itself. you can replace the control board.

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. If you have a test light or voltmeter, we can do some checks when it does not work.

WIPER MOTOR REPLACEMENT
TOOLS REQUIRED
J 39232 Wiper Transmission Separator
J 39529 Wiper Transmission Installer
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the wiper arms.
2. Remove the air inlet grille panel.
3. Remove the transmission from the wiper motor drive link using the J 39232.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the wiper motor.
5. Remove the three screws and wiper motor from the vehicle.
