The vehicle is not driven often, yet the wipers stop working. What do I do please?

Hi,
Because of the model year and mileage, it really should be taken to a dealer for repair. It is under full warranty.
However, there is a 30 amp fuse in the underhood fuse bod and a wiper relay in the underhood relay box. See pics one and two below.
