Sounds like you could have an issue with the wiper switch, but could also be the motor itself.
I've attached a few pages for you. These are the diagrams and replacement procedures for the switch and motor. There is also the description of what each position does.
Do you have access to a multimeter in order to test these circuits?

Below is a wiring diagram that will help with testing these circuits but what I would do is just go to the wiper motor and check each of the pins for voltage on each speed setting and let us know what the voltage is on each.
