Wipers not parking

1998 TOYOTA CAMRY
128,000 MILES • 2.2L • 4 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

The wipers work, they just will not park. When the switch is turned off, the wipers stop wherever they are in the cycle and do not park. I cannot seem to find where or if there is a relay that could be bad or if it is the multi-function switch that could be the problem. Thank you.

You need to replace the wiper motor because the circuit board inside has gone bad not allowing the wipers to park.

Here is how it is done in the diagrams below

Thank you. I replaced the motor a couple days ago and solved the problem.
