clock and wiper relay are in the same circuit.testing the blue/white of the ignition switch for battery voltage.I bought a new relay and it lasted a month and started having the same problem. If I turn the car off and re-start the car the wipers and clock will work for a while and then stop.I have to repete the process over.I asume the blue/white is the problem.Do I need a new switch or what do I need to do to slove the problem

check to see if wire is grounding out in dash or on body especially if something was recently installed it may be a screw causing it. then check switch.
