Sometimes the wipers will work perfect, other times they won't turn on or they change speeds. Other times when turning off they will stop mid wipe or not stop at all. Is this a bad wiper fuse, switch or motor?

Hello,

This sounds to me like you could have a bad switch. The windshield wiper switch, and in fact the windshield wipers electrical circuit is one of the, if not the most, complicated electrical circuits in the entire vehicle. In the diagrams down below I have included the factory troubleshooting guide to see if the Multi-function Switch is bad or not. You will need to use a multi-meter or a test light for these test so I have also included links for both for you to go to below if you are unfamiliar with how to use them.

I have also included in the diagrams down below the step by step instructions on how to remove and replace the Multi-function Switch should it be bad.

Thanks,
Alex
