Wipers

My wipers will come on and work 1 time than stop. I can turn them off than back on and they work 1 time. The delay works sometimes. High speed works, but the speed isn't the same every time. I've had the switches on steering column replaced. That didn't help it any. Is there a relay to control the wiper speeds?

There is a control module attached to the motor, that is likely the problem.
