Wiper streak?

Cleaned wiper blade with water on a microfiber and wiped windshield with auto glass spray away cleaner and noticed streaking in a honeycomb pattern towards the upper center of windshield. Any suggestions? Is it time for new wipers? Car is less then a year old

It looks like WD40 is on the windshield? I would clean it with dish soap and try again.
