How to bypass the delay system on the wiper motor?

Normally we can just splice the low/delay wire to the hi wire so that when you turn one on they run on the same speed. Basically it turns it to an on off switch. However, you cannot do that on this switch because it just has internal resistors and one wire coming out. So that means we need to bypass the switch or just add an on off switch. If you want to bypass it then you need to remove the 12 volt feed wire and run it to a new switch and then run the output wire to the other side of the switch. That is shown in the second attachment.

The second option is to just cut the output wire and wire in a switch then just leave the wiper switch in the HI position and when you want the wipers you flip the new switch. This is the option I would go with because if you want to change it back, you just remove the switch and put the wire back together. This is shown in the third attachment.

Hi, can you please tell me what wire to tap into or what terminal on the motor to hook up to so i can use a separate switch? I won't be hooking them back up stock. It's more of a track car. I just want them to turn on and off if i get caught in the rain again. The diagram you sent doesn't color code all the wires.. unless i missed it.

Sounds good. If you find the motor it should have 3 wires on the connector and it should have a red wire in pin 1. That is the wire that you want to tap into.
