Intermittent adjustment for slow to fast does nothing. Wipers work on all separate speeds, but I cannot adjust in any setting intermittent speed.

the power source will have to be tested, at the wiper motor, i would be thinking that the combination switch is at fault as the delay function is usually tied in with the self park and if that is working the witch is usually at fault.
