windshield wipers do not work after changing out ground terminal on battery

I now have ESP/BAS, brake light indicator on dash board will not turn off. also, no windshield wipers and turning signals. I tried turning the car on, turning the wheel all the way to the left, to the right and turning off engine. Did not work. Change 30 amp female fuse, did nothing.

If you replaced the ground wire on the battery, did the old one have body ground straps? Try running a ground from the battery directly to the wiper motor to see if it works.
