Windshield wipers stopped working?

I changed the fuse for the wipers they worked briefly then just stopped. They worked again a few days later then stopped working again. How to fix it?
My A/C has Freon but it's not blowing cool, just cool.

Hi,

If you replaced the fuse and they worked, it sounds like there is a problem with the connection at the fuse. Check where it was pressed in and see if there is corrosion or if one of the connector pins is pressed in and causing a weak connection.

Also, turn the wipers on and try wiggling the fuse to see if they start working.
