Windshield wipers are not working?

Replaced windshield wiper motor and still won't work. checked the fuse, have power at the motor.

Hello,

If you have power to the motor, then either the motor is a bad one, there is no ground, or the switch can't handle the load. Make sure the voltage doesn't drop when the motor is attached and turned on.

Next, if the power doesn't drop to the motor indicating a bad switch or connection, we need to check the ground. Check ground 302 (G302) as seen in pic 1 and make sure the motor itself has a good ground.
