Hi,
Based on your description, I suspect it is related to the wiper control module. However, let's start by confirming there is power to the motor. If you look at pic 1, I highlighted a fuse that powers the wiper motor. It is fuse 16 in the instrument panel fuse box. That is what powers the motor and module. If it is blown, replace it. Pic 2 shows its location in the box. In addition to just checking the fuse, confirm there is power both to it and from it. Here is a link you may find helpful:
