Windshield wipers not working

Front wipers do not work, rear wipers do. I started off testing for power at the motor, no power. checked fuses and relays that I could find replaced the switch and still nothing. please help.

You must be losing power somewhere. here is a guide and a wiring diagrams please check to see if the fuse has power:
