Windshield wipers

I purchased new top of the line wiper blades, they started to " Chatter" while wiping, I them exchained them for a different brand, they still "Chatter". I then had the wiper motor replaced, they still " Chatter". I cleaned the windshield with alcohol, they still "Chatter", can you please help me with this problem? The windshield has Rain-X on it from car washes, and also in the cleaner tank.

Are you replacing arm or just blade? If just blade problem in arm spring is weak

Thank you for your response, I did not replace the arms, only the blades and motor that was very expensive and really didn't need replaced. I didn't have any "Chatter" problem with the old blades, I cannot understand how the arms became defective, just from changing the blades. Thank you for your help, I will now change the arms too.

Old blades not much grip newer blades have drag on windshield. OEM arms spring weakens over time can't hold blade to glass
