Replacing motor in water reservoir for wipers (thought this was why windshield washer did not work), but noticed tubing to washer were disconnected. How do we reconnect? Can't seem to find connection point.

My rear windshield washer is not working. When I looked at it I have a portion of the hose hanging out under the wiper blade. I have tried to find a drawing of how they are supposed to go so I can fix it but have had no luck.

Have you checked if the motor is buzzing when activated? If yes, the motor is good and you could have a clogged, disconnected or leaking hose.

If motor doe snot buzz when actiaed, tst the motor and wiring circuit.

The front windshield wiper reservoir has a hole in it and won't hold fluid. The reservoir needs replaced. I'd like to replace it myself. What is involved in removing and replacing this reservoir?

I had to pull the battery and battery tray and the left fron fender inner plastic panel to gain access.

By battery had leaked and took out the bottle and rear wiper pump.

Pain in the neck but for a few $$ of parts I had it all back up. Dealer wanted $200 plus for labor.

I would recomment replacing the tank and both pumps and do the job once. Pick up a package of the plastic retainers for the fender liner as some of mine broke on the way out.

I would be thinking that the wiper regulator has failed, drop out the wiper motor and check the pivot linkages, as for the washers, may just be a blocked nozzle.

The righthand windshield washer gushes fluid instead of sprays. Is the "sprayer" a replaceable part? Or is it part of a larger component?

The nozzle may be separate, or it may be part of the wiper arm. Is there a possibility that the hose leading to it has been pinched or ruptured.

The problem was definitely the nozzle, it was gushing rather than spraying. Most of the water hit the windshield below the wiper arm.

The nozzle is a separate part 022072439. Same part for both left and right because the hoses feed from the left.

Part snaps into the cowl vent cover. The catch is that the cowl vent cover and both extensions have to be unscrewed to remove the old one and insert the new one.
