I was cleaning my car and somehow pulled the windshield wiper control arm off, severing the wiring, and now the wipers won't shut off while the vehicle is on. I'd just like to know the location of the windshield wiper motor and how to disconnect it to shut them off until I can get a replacement part. Thank you.

Hi,

The wiper motor is located under the cowl. If you look at the directions below, they provide the directions to remove the cowl. Once it's off, you should be able to disconnect the motor.

If you decide to repair the wiring, let me know exactly what has been damaged and I'll get you the info needed to make repairs.

Take care and Happy Thanksgiving,

Joe
