Trying to figure out why the windshield wiper fluid wont pump through the nozzles. Tank and motor seem to be fine and the nozzles will spray a little then stop. Can't get under the hood cover without breaking the clips or ripping the cover.

Hi,

Chances are there is a break in the line at some point. Do you see any evidence of a leak under the hood? If there are no leaks and you hear the pump running, chances are the pump is bad or you have something frozen in the line. (I'm not sure where you're located)

To test the pump, disconnect the hose at the pump and see if fluid comes out strong at that point. If it still doesn't here is a link that shows how one is replaced:

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have other questions.

Take care and God Bless,

Joe

No evidence of leaks. I think the motor might be the problem because while you can hear it run I didn't feel any water pressure at that part of the pump. Not sure how the soft sprays were coming out the nozzle though.

Yep, it sounds like the pump is bad. It's not uncommon for you to get a small amount. Chances are it will eventually stop completely.

I hope the link I supplied helps. Let me know if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe
