2005 Toyota Corolla Windshield arm wiper

The wiper arm is broken on the passanger side I lifted the cap to see if the bolt was loose and it's not it moves with the wiper arm.. Is the mechanism broken? If so where can I purchase a new mechanism so I can pay someone to do the labor.

sounds like you neeed a new wiper arm, try an auto parts if not there the dealer will have it. check where I've pointed out to see if the serrations are bad that will determine whether it's the arm or transmission (wiper) you need.
