Intermittent windshield wiper mode not working

The intermittent windshield wiper mode will not work. slow wipers and high wipers work. Wondering if there is a resistor or a relay fuse somewhere on the vehicle that is controlling the intermittent wiper.

The wiper relay handles the intermittent wiper control. Here is the location so you can replace it. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
