Only one of my windshield wipers is not working?

Only one of my windshield wipers isn’t working. The other works perfectly. I replaced the blade, and it still isn’t working (front driver windshield wiper).

This is caused by one of two things, either the wiper arm pivot is loose, or the wiper control arm has fallen off. here is how to check for the wiper arm problem in the images below so you can check it out. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
