I feel like a goof for asking, but where would I find the relay?

It seems that you do not have a relay, I could not find it in my reference Mitchell One.

If the wiper motor is working, but the wipers are not moving, remove the cowl and check for damage to the transmission. Most likely the problem is with the wiper transmission. Replace the wiper transmission and please let me know how it went.
