Windshield washer pump not making noise and no fluid front or rear

help my windshield washer pump is not making noise and no fluid is coming out of the front or rear. What could be the problem and how do i fix it?

Sounds as if the pump has failed, check your owner's manual to see if there is a fuse for this pump, if it is okay, you will have to remove the washer bottle and check for power at the pump with the switch pushed to wash. if you have power then the pump will be faulty.
