Do the windshield washer nozzles tend to wear out?

Mine no longer will spray a long high mist up high, they just stream out a short stream. The lines are clear, I've even cleaned the nozzles of dirt and grime. I also just replaced the pump that went out.

Not really, if the nozzle is clean, you should be okay, maybe the pump is weak/defective? I would remove the tube to the nozzle and check the volume of washer fluid coming out. Also does the washer motor sound okay? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can see? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response.

You want a video of what? The volume of fluid coming out of the tube?

Here are 2 videos. 1 showing the stream out of the nozzle and 1 showing the flow out of the tube with the nozzle removed.

Thanks for the videos. It looks like the nozzle is bad, there must be an insert that has come out of the nozzle, or the nozzle is broken. I would get a new or good used unit and install it.

Thanks. So, you think the pressure is good enough from the pump then?
