The Windshield defrost not working?

So, this will be a blend door failure for the temperature door actuator or the air distribution actuator. Try to put your hand on each while you work the HVAC system, one of them will not be working. This is the one that needs to be changed. here are the locations of the actuators in the images below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
