Windows will not roll down?

Okay, so i bought my truck. saw aftermarket trailer brake install. i didn't like it. so, i removed said unit and all the wiring harness for it. well turns out that trailer brake was one wire and the harness i removed was the remote start, alarm system that was installed. dealer never received the key for said system. anyways when i removed all that. My truck windows stopped working. none of them work. i double checked the fuses, nothing blown. i checked continuity at master window switch no power on pink wire. i followed said wire to the fuse panel in the driver side panel. The pink wire is supposed to receive power from brown wire. My continuity checker is getting no reading of power. The only thing receiving power is the power lock on the window switch panel. I'm at a loss for words. i can't figure this out. idk if there is a relay involved in this. or if the driver side fuse panel has a relay built it. i had no problems with the windows before. It only started after removing the alarm system. the 30amp fuse isn't blown either.

Hello,

Some aftermarket alarm systems will tie into the window wiring to make them roll up when the alarm is activated. So please make sure the original wiring is connected correctly. Here are the window wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and where it gets power and ground from. I also included a guide on how to check the wiring connections.

Check the left front courtesy light switch because it reports to the main body ECU and will not let the windows work with the doors open, or what the computer thinks the door is open. Check for power at the POWER1 fuse under the hood. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

So, I checked the light and I have power. But checking when the 30amp fuse is at. I get no power reading there at all. I checked all connections nothing is loose. Is there a relay tied somewhere to this? Or is it inside the fuse panel of the interior?

I never get power reading from the 30 fuse now. But when I connect everything back. Still no power from pink to brown wire at the driver side connector.

The Power1 30-amp fuse must have power. Please check the LHJ/B fuse 150 amp in the under-hood fuse panel. Please let me know.

Okay, so I got Toyota techstream software. There is a test that lets me test the windows. I can open and close all windows with no problems with the test running. But soon as test ends. I can't do anything more. Once I figured this out, I'll give update

I'm suspecting a relay. but i don't see one. sorry i meant to say i have power at the power1 fuse.

Thanks for the video, it helps. It looks like the main body ECU is not working because it tells the window power relay to turn on, but we need to check the 5 other fuses that run the system 3 in the interior panel and 2 in the engine bay panel. Please look at the wiring diagrams (above) to see which ones the system uses. If the fuses are good, I would remove the connector to the body ECU to see if the terminals are corroded and if not, I would search google and eBay to see if I could find a rebuilt unit that is preprogrammed for your car. Disconnect the battery first. Also, a CAN scan might confirm the problem as well. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon.
