Window troubles

The divers side window controls operates all windows up and down. the rest of the window controls only work going up not down same with the door locks.

It sounds like the main switch is out which supplies the ground and power for the rest of the windows. Here is a guide to help you get the switch replaced:

So all the windows roll up with their switches, but down is only from the drivers master switch, and the door locks will only lock from the drivers door switch but unlock from the other switches?

What do the locks do from the remote?

It almost sounds like the drivers door module is sending out data on the serial bus telling the other modules to lock out the window controls and door locks. Have you tried disconnecting the drivers door module and seeing if control returns to the other doors?
Was this something that just happened ie: it all worked fine and then this, or have the controls dropped of one by one?
