Windows do not go up or down?

The driver side window in my car listed above won't go up or down. where do I start in the fixing it processes

Hi,

I looked at the wiring schematic related to the power windows. If the other windows are working, it isn't a power supply issue because they all get power from the same source.

So, either we have a bad switch, a broken wire, a poor connection, or the motor has failed.

We need to start at the window motor to confirm if power is making it there. At the window motor, there will be two wires. One is dark blue and the other is brown. When you request the window to go down, power is supplied via the brown wire, and the dark blue functions as a ground and the opposite happens when the glass is requested up. I need you to take a test lamp and check for power at the wires as I mentioned.

I don't know how familiar you are with electrical testing.
